On the famous holiday island of Skopelos there is a beautiful orchard on the edge of the main town. Within the tranquil environment of this orchard the owner has created 5 studio apartments, designed in the local style, to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable.
Perivoli is just 5 minutes walk from the bustling heart of Skopelos Townbit despite this proximity, Perivoli’s situation provides a relaxing and pleasant home for your stay on this beautiful island.
The studios are designed as individual units which are all different but reflect the local traditional architecture with its use of stone, wood and decorative plaster.
Each has its own seating area shaded by vines, with tables, chairs and traditional stone benches. The kitchens in the studios are all equipped to enable you to make your own breakfast and lunch or even cook some locally caught fish on the communal barbecue.
The apartments have air conditioning and there is even central heating for those who wish to visit outside the main season. There is a washing machine for the use of the guests and all the apartments have a washing line.
Parking, for those with cars or motorbikes, is outside on the small road. For those guests who prefer to travel by foot, we can arrange to collect you on your arrival in the port of Skopelos and afterward it is just a short stroll into the centre of the town. There is a nearby bus stop where the frequent bus service will take you to many of the beautiful beaches and the other villages on the island. There is also a local shop where you can rent non motorised bicycles as well as a range of cars, jeeps, scooters, motorbikes etc.
Studio 1
has a separate bedroom with twin beds and there are 2 sleeping benches in the living room which has a high wooden roof.
Studio 2
has twin beds next to each other and a sleepng bench.
As with number 1, it also has a high wooden ceiling.
Studio 3
also has twin beds next to each other but no other sleeping areas.
Studio 4
has a double bed situated above the living room which has a single sleeping bench and a view out on to the small lane.
Studio 5
is situated upstairs and has its own roof terrace and twin beds. It has a high ceiling made of traditional chestnut beams.
