we are veggies so wonder where you get your supplies as we struggle a bit. we spend the summer there.Our Christmas stuffing was made up of;apricots,sage,hazelnuts,chestnuts,thyme,apple,breadcrumbs,lemon juice.it was fab.
I would probably struggle more on the food front if Sean didn’t visit Volos every week and bring supplies back although things are getting better here on Skopelos with the arrival of Carrefour which seems to stock a much wider range of goods than the other supermarkets. You’ll have to check it out when you’re next here.
