I now have a plethora of soya beans (yippee) after my mail order delivery and a bag brought over from Volos by a friend who found a health food shop there that we didn’t manage to find on our trip. So the soya milk production is in full swing with pre-soaked beans waiting for me [...]

but not to us yet because the Easter Bunny isn’t visiting us until the end of next month so we haven’t been gorging on chocolate (well no more than usual anyway).
