The apartment is entered via one of the terraces directly into the airy kitchen/ dining area and a door from here leads to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has French doors with access to one of the terraces. The second bedroom is a twin room with another en-suite bathroom. This room also has space for an extra bed.

Externally the property has a covered terrace at the front suitable for outdoor dining, a platform beside the house with superb sea views and a roof terrace with clear views to the island of Evia.
