Del Sol is ideally situated for your holiday on Skopelos. With views of the beach and within strolling distance of the town, Del Sol comprises studios, apartments, rooms and a villa all set within a peaceful setting with trees, communal swimming pool and tennis court.
The two storey villa is split into 3 units which can be joined to make the property suitable for up to 6 adults and 3 children.
Upstairs is 1 apartment suitable for 2 adults and 3 children with a large terrace facing front towards the sea. Downstairs are 2 studios both suitable for 2 people.
The apartments each have a separate bedroom, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. The living area has a sofa bed for a third person and a child's bed can be provided if necessary.
The studios have twin beds plus an additional sofa bed. Outside each studio has a veranda with built in seating.
Both the apartments and the studios are air conditioned and have a small kitchen area.
The rooms have a bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and a balcony.
Set within Del Sol is a communal swimming pool for the use of all the guests. In a peaceful, shaded area with views of the mountain and the sea the pool is suitable for children as it is only 1.8 metres deep. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool for you to relax on should the thought of a swim sound a bit too tiring!
A hard surface tennis court is situated next to the pool and is available for anyone to use if they bring their own racquet and tennis balls.
